3D Maintenance
A live model of an office building: click any equipment to see everything about it — and open a service request right there.
Manufacturer, model, warranty, service vendor, history and documents for every pump, fan and electrical board.
Due dates colour the model: red is overdue, yellow is due soon, green is on time.
Open a request from the item itself, with a photo, and follow it to closure.
Water, air, heating, cooling and power — the real pipes and equipment light up.
One minute: leak, request, technician, closed with a photo.
