What is Domera?
An operational system built specifically to run Migdal Menivim — assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, vendors and crew in one system.
Who built the system?
Andrey Kozakov, the building manager, built and maintains it personally — shaped to exactly how Migdal Menivim works.
How do I open a service request?
Through the "Open a request" button on the site, by scanning a QR code in the building, or by contacting the building manager directly.
Does it support Hebrew and RTL?
Yes. The interface is full Hebrew with RTL plus English, and you can switch languages at any time.
What about permissions and security?
Every user has role-based permissions and every action is logged — crew, vendor or resident see only what is relevant to them.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The system runs in the browser, including on a phone in the field — no installs.
