How it's calculated
- Capacity per worker per shift = productivity (m²/hour) × net shift hours.
- Cleaning hours per day = cleaning area ÷ productivity.
- FTE = (area ÷ capacity) × (cleaning days per week ÷ 5), rounded up — that is, a full-time position equals a 5-day work week.
- The default productivity ≈ 300 m²/hour for offices; adjust it to the area type and cleaning equipment.
