How it is built
- Tick only the systems you have; by default all are ticked — untick whatever is not relevant.
- Each PPM check is spread across the year from the start month, per its interval (freqM in months).
- Annual and rare checks are staggered across different months to balance the load, instead of loading them all onto a single month.
- "As needed" / non-numeric-frequency checks are shown separately in an "as needed" list.
A suggested plan for planning only, based on the general PPM matrix. The actual fit depends on the systems present at the site, on permits and on the schedules of the authorized service providers.
