How it is built
- The table is built directly from the statutory PPM matrix (the checks, the frequency in months, who is authorized and the required form).
- Tick only the systems you have; by default all are ticked — untick whatever is not relevant.
- Each check is marked in the months it recurs, from the start month, per its interval (freqM in months).
- "As needed" / one-off checks, or a non-numeric frequency (such as "120/72"), appear in the details table but are not marked in the grid.
- Checks for buildings of 10 floors or more are included only when the box above is ticked.
The schedule reflects the general preventive-maintenance matrix and is intended for planning. Some checks depend on the systems actually present at the site, on permits and on fire-authority / local-authority requirements — verify alignment with the authorized bodies.
