Frequently asked questions
The platform, the capabilities and day-to-day use.
Is it suitable for a small house committee too?
Absolutely. There’s a single-building plan covering requests, maintenance and financial transparency — without unnecessary complexity.
How long does it take to start?
Typical onboarding within a few days, with personal guidance. We bring the building, vendors and budget on board with you.
Do residents need to install an app?
No. A resident opens a request via a link or QR — no installation. There’s also a browser resident portal.
What about our existing data?
You can import buildings, vendors and history. We help convert from Excel and previous systems.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored in Israel, with per-user permissions down to the button and built-in security.
What is Domera?
A SaaS platform for managing multiple buildings in Israel — run multiple buildings from one place: assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, vendors and crew in one system. Simpler, more transparent and open management.
Who is behind the platform?
Andrey Kozakov, a building manager and hands-on maintenance expert, founded Domera out of real day-to-day needs in the field — with the goal of raising the level of building service and maintenance in Israel to at least European standards.
Who is the platform for?
Building managers, owners, house committees, facility managers and property managers — anyone responsible for running and maintaining a building.
Does it support Hebrew and RTL?
Yes. The interface is full Hebrew with RTL plus English, and you can switch languages at any time.
What about permissions and security?
Every user has role-based permissions and every action is logged — crew, vendor or resident see only what is relevant to them.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The system runs in the browser, including on a phone in the field — no installs.
