For residents, owners and the house committee

Open a service request

A request is opened at your building’s own address, not at the site’s general address: every building on Domera has an address of its own, so the request lands straight with the crew that looks after it — with that building’s location, systems and history. Pick the way that fits you.

Three ways to open a request

Scan the tag in the building

A QR/NFC tag is posted in the lobby, the plant room and on every installation. Scanning it on your phone opens the form with the location already identified — no login, no address to type. Fastest and most accurate.

How it works

Your building’s address

If the building is already on Domera it has a web address of its own. Enter the building name below and we will take you straight to its request form.

The address looks like shalom-tower.domerahub.com — the part before the first dot is what goes here.

You have an account

Managers, crew and vendors open and track requests inside the system. Log in and open a request from the main screen.

Don’t know the address?

The building name appears in system messages and on the lobby tag. If you don’t have it, your building manager or house committee can give it to you. You can also write to us and we will find the building with you.

Life-threatening fault or flooding?

Do not wait for a form. Call us — we will record the request afterwards.
