DomeraHub is a SaaS platform for building management and maintenance, founded by Andriy Kozakov. You can reach us at info@domerahub.com.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone and role, provided when an operator sets up an account.
- Operational content — the data you enter to run a building: locations, assets, service requests, inspections, vendors, documents and files you upload, budgets and reports.
- Usage data — basic technical information (pages viewed, device/browser type, and a rotating, salted hash of your IP address) used for security and aggregate analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses for analytics.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the platform and its features.
- To send operational notifications and reminders (e.g. maintenance and compliance) according to your settings.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and diagnose issues.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.
Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms (CSRF). We also use privacy-respecting analytics, including Google Analytics (GA4), to measure aggregate traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, email delivery and analytics — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), file-type validation on uploads and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law), you may request to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us at info@domerahub.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
International use
DomeraHub is operated from Israel and intended for the Israeli market. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to processing under this policy.
Children
The platform is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed at children.
